If you maintain daily logs (minimum 5 entries/week) as instructed, and you fail a DEQ inspection solely due to a verified defect in our app's report format or data calculation, we will refund your last month and reimburse a documented DEQ fine up to $500.
Requires: (a) proof of consistent daily use, (b) inspector's written report stating failure was due to app format/error, (c) logs were complete and accurate.
Does NOT cover: missed or late logs, user data entry errors, failure to follow DEQ rules, or operations not otherwise compliant. This app is a digital logging tool and does not provide legal or regulatory advice.
