CleanFARMcleanTABLE Pro is a software tool for farm record-keeping and report generation. We are not a law firm, testing lab, or environmental consultant. Reports generated do not constitute a legal compliance guarantee. Users are responsible for verifying with their local DEQ or EU authority.

Subscription & billing

Subscription $249/month billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

We reserve the right to suspend accounts uploading false data.

Guarantee Terms

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Full refund if you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial paid subscription.

DEQ Inspection Guarantee. If you maintain daily logs (minimum 5 entries per week) as instructed, and you fail a DEQ inspection solely due to a verified defect in our app's report format or data calculation, we will refund your last month of subscription fees and reimburse a documented DEQ fine up to $500 USD.

Requires:

Proof of consistent daily use of the app (log history exported from your account).
Inspector's written report explicitly stating the failure was due to app format or error.
Logs were complete and accurate at the time of inspection.

Does NOT cover:

Missed logs or late logs.
User data entry errors or omissions.
Failure to follow DEQ rules, permits, or lawful orders.
Operations that are otherwise non-compliant with local, state, federal, or EU regulations.

CleanFARMcleanTABLE Pro is a digital logging tool. It does not provide legal, environmental, or regulatory advice. Claims must be submitted in writing to support within 60 days of the inspection and are subject to verification. This guarantee is void in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
